About Therapy
Therapy can help you better understand yourself, recognize the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen boundaries and communication, and reconnect with who you are beneath the many roles you carry. My approach is warm, reflective, and practical, with room for both deeper insight and meaningful support that fits your everyday life. Therapy with me is not about rushing to fix everything or forcing change before you are ready. It is about creating enough steadiness to understand what the feelings are telling you, while also making room for practical shifts that support your everyday life.
I Support women through seasons of change, especially when anxiety, motherhood, caregiving, and shifting roles begin to shape how they see themselves and move through daily life. Through virtual therapy in California and Texas, I support women as they make sense of what they’re carrying and what they need next. Together, we can slow things down, breathe, better understand the patterns beneath your stress, and help you reconnect with yourself in ways that feel more steady, practical, and sustainable.
Together, we can explore the patterns, pressures, and relationship dynamics that may be contributing to stress, disconnection, or self-doubt, and begin building new ways of relating to yourself and others with more clarity and intention.
Is This the Right Fit for You?
I Care deeply about therapy feeling genuine. I’m not interested in offering support where you feel like you need to have the right words or present the polished version of yourself. I want this process to feel honest, genuine, and human, with room for the messy, uncertain, and deeply real parts of life that often stay hidden beneath responsibility and routine.
My Practice is a good fit for women who are often the person others rely on and are looking for support that offers both deeper insight and practical ways to navigate caregiving, boundaries, communication, and change. I work well with women who want to better understand themselves as a person, partner, and parent, while learning how to move through life with more clarity, steadiness, and connection to themselves.
About Tatiana
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through a wide range of life experiences, and I bring more than a decade of work in the mental health field into my practice. The care I offer is rooted in helping clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that shape how they move through the world.
Alongside my clinical work, I’m also a wife and mother to two neurodivergent children, which has given me a deeper appreciation for the ways caregiving can shape identity, relationships, and the day-to-day demands that are often navigated.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California and Texas, I bring additional training in Brainspotting, Perinatal Mental Health, Gottman’s Bringing Baby Home, and Prepare/Enrich into the care I provide.
My approach is also trauma-informed and grounded in supporting women through anxiety, life transitions, motherhood, identity shifts, and the emotional weight that can come with holding so much for so long. Inclusivity is important to me, and I’m committed to offering therapy that feels respectful, affirming, and welcoming to clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a Free Consultation and see if working together feels like the right fit.
