Our work is a partnership.
Our work together is collaborative. We’ll explore family history, cultural background, relationships, values, and beliefs impacting your life.
We’ll talk about expectations, boundaries, and how to communicate more effectively with the people in your life.
You’ll enter a judgment-free zone where you can be authentically yourself and be truthful as you share your thoughts and feelings.
You’ll learn to understand the root cause of what’s bringing you into therapy and learn different coping methods.
About Tatiana
Hello, my name is Tatiana Rojas.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California and Texas.
My Bachelor of Arts in Psychology is from Biola University, and I have a Master of Arts from Hope International University.
I have completed perinatal mental health training from Postpartum Support International (PSI). In addition, I have training in the evidence-based practices of Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Seeking Safety.
I have worked with adults, children, adolescents, and families for over a decade in community mental health and substance use programs.
Here is something personal about me.
I’m a wife and a mother of two. When not in the virtual therapy room, I’m hanging out with my family, watching a sporting event, or completing a craft.
